When will Coronavirus come under control? How badly will it affect the world economy? What will be its impact on jobs? What about my future? Have corona virus impacted the dreams of graduate 2020 students?<\/span><\/p>\n

Every one of us is just left with a lot of questions in our minds, due to the worldwide out bust of this pandemic.<\/span><\/p>\n

The predictors, experts, industry leaders, have been telling us that this crisis has and will keep affecting many industries adversely. There are layoffs and salary cuts expected across industries. In fact, many organisations have already implemented their decision on hiring freeze (No hiring). There is no single number that captures or foresees the impact of the COVID 19 on the economy. People can’t predict how far this is going to go and when the recovery will happen. In short, the world is going to see a recession phase.<\/span><\/p>\n

So what does this say for all graduate 2020 or others whose careers have halted due to COVID-19 impact. Does this stop their career growth?<\/span><\/p>\n

I feel this is the time one should start looking beyond crises. At all the opportunities and challenges that will arrive. To prepare yourself on how you will address the post-crisis world. And how can you be a part of the faster adoption of new technologies, skills and process? The way to all this is professional education, i<\/span>t is going to be the next thing. <\/span><\/p>\n

    Right professional education in the field of your interest will help you to stay updated and connected to your industry.\u00a0<\/span>It can also help you to network with the experts in the field.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. It will upskill you<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      At this time when everyone is going to fight to get a few left perfect jobs, you should choose to not waste time and instead utilize that time in upskilling. Taking up a course can help you to learn new technologies, master basis skill sets, discover new process and practice to become expert in your field<\/span><\/p>\n

            So as Malcolm X rightly stated that \u201cEducation is a passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today.\u201d\u00a0<\/span>Hence I urge you all graduate 2020 to focus on positives and make a right decision for your career.<\/span><\/p>\n
