It is easy and helpful in building and promoting organisation reputation and brings positive results quickly. It basically gives the brand an opportunity to connect directly with the consumers.PR professionals must have complete knowledge on social media to reach out to the public in all the possible ways.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.Crisis Communication<\/strong><br \/>\nCrisis management is one of the very important types of PR. It has become very easy to destroy the name of an organisation. This misleads other consumers as fake news is spread so fast. As a PR person, it is the utmost responsibility to be prepared well in advance.<\/p>\n<p>To maintain and build the reputation of the organisation, this must be addressed as earliest as possible before it looses reputation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Employee Relations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This can be considered as \u201cpublic relations within public relations.\u201d The main aim of this type is to keep the employees motivated by not letting them down in any circumstance. Telling them the importance of mental health, without which there is no peace of mind.<\/p>\n<p>Employee relations persons must be thick skinned and ready to face any consequence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Integrated marketing and communications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Integrated <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessknowhow.com\/marketing\/prmarketing.htm\">marketing<\/a> and communications cannot be considered as type of PR, but helps in maintaining the various activities of public relations in working with advertising, media relations and internal employee well being.<\/p>\n<p>It helps in monitoring of these relations and ensures the messages are carried out in a proper manner.
