According to him, problem with language is that it\u2019s not just word but sound, texture, feel and intonation too. How we pronounce a word is important because intonation of a same word can communicate different meaning and no Artificial Intelligence will be able to crack it.<\/p>\n Personal Vs Professional:<\/strong><\/p>\n Mr. Pattanaik nicely differentiated between our \u2018personal\u2019 self and \u2018professional\u2019 self. We need to question ourselves, are we a \u2018person\u2019 first or a \u2018professional\u2019 first? Everyone of us wants to be good but good to whom? He gave us the example of\u00a0\u00a0Ram, saying, \u201cRam had to be to good to Ayodhya or to his wife, Sita?\u201d<\/p>\n Perfect Vs Real:<\/strong><\/p>\n He advised us to be \u2018real\u2019 rather to be \u2018perfect\u2019. Because being a PR Professional, we need to be authentic first. He advised \u201csay what people \u2018need\u2019 to hear, not what they \u2018want\u2019 to hear.<\/p>\n Defining PR\u2019s Job Satirically:<\/strong><\/p>\n He expressed satire at its best when he defined the job of PR.
