The India Impact Communication Conclave (IICC) \u2013 a Women\u2019s Day Special Edition \u2013 was hosted virtually by Comms News and Reputation Today on Thursday, 3rd March 2022. The session was moderated by <strong>Shreya Krishnan from AON India<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The discussion focused on <strong>gender equality as a universal human issue<\/strong>, not just a women\u2019s issue. According to the panelists, the first step toward achieving equality is <strong>acknowledging individual choice<\/strong> and promoting fairness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questions such as <strong>\u201cIs there pay parity?\u201d<\/strong> and <strong>\u201cIs there an unconscious bias when women speak?\u201d<\/strong> were openly addressed. The discussion was moderated by <strong>Priti Setia of Adfactors PR<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The panelists focused on <strong>the impact of toxic work culture on mental health<\/strong>, and how leadership must be trained to <strong>recognize early signs of distress<\/strong>.
