PR activity helps in building a reputation for a company or a client. PR is a strategic process of effective communication, putting out the correct message, choosing the right media to communicate and so on. So if PR done right can create a good image for the business, increase its customer base, and attract investors. Bad PR, on the other hand, can be damaging to a business and can even lead to its downfall.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So, what is the difference between good and bad PR? The answer lies in the objectives of the PR campaign. A good PR campaign is one that is carefully planned and executed. A bad PR campaign, on the other hand, is one that is poorly planned and executed, and which often has negative consequences.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>What is Good Public Relations?<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A good PR campaign is one that is well planned and executed with the aim of achieving specific goals. The objectives of the campaign should be clearly defined at the outset, and the strategies and tactics used should be aligned with these objectives. The campaign should also be monitored and evaluated regularly to ensure that it is on track and achieving the desired results.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some of the key components of a good PR campaign include:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; A clear understanding of the target audience<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Setting a realistic objectives<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Well structured PR plan<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Well-written and interesting content<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; An effective distribution plan<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; A budget that is realistic<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Regular monitoring and evaluation<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Pre prepared for any crisis\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/scoreindia.org\/blog\/how-to-be-a-good-pr-manager\/\"><em>Related Read:\u00a0How to be a Good PR Manager<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>What is Bad Public Relations?<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bad PR is often the result of poor planning and execution.
