Earlier this week, the students of the School of Communication and Reputation (SCoRe), Mumbai got the opportunity to interact with Mukesh Kharbanda, the Managing Director of Fuzion PR. He mainly came on to discuss the importance of Regional media in PR and how to reach very specific hyper-local target groups through the help of regional media.

He also emphasised on the importance of Public Relations and how, according to him, every single human being is always either doing one of two things — a) trying to sell something to the people around them or, b) building your own reputation.
Mukesh also taught us how, in life, we are going to face a lot of hurdles, personally, professionally etc. and cribbing about it is not going to help our cause. We need to stop cribbing and start overcoming the hurdles and move on in life. That’s how we’re going to succeed.
Wrapping up the session Mukesh gave all of us 7 tips to follow in our professional careers to make it big :
All-in-all, Mukesh’s session was extremely engaging, insightful and wonderful. He shared a lot of jokes as well that kept us engaged and focussed on the session as people generally start to lose their attention within a few minutes in virtual classes. And the tips that he gave us are going to come very handy to use in the near future once we start working.
